How quickly can you start on a new project?
It depends on current scope and your deadline. Tell us both on a discovery call and we'll give you a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
Do you sign NDAs and how do you handle confidentiality?
Yes. Confidentiality agreements are standard on every engagement, white-label or not.
Can you work white-label, under our own brand?
Yes — see our White-Label Programming service. Your client never needs to know we were involved.
What's your pricing model?
Both project-based and ongoing/retainer arrangements are available. We quote after understanding your scope on a discovery call — we don't publish flat rates because survey complexity varies too much for that to be honest.
Do you only work with survey programming companies, or also research agencies directly?
Both. Survey programming companies are our core focus, but market research agencies, research directors, and insights teams work with us directly as well.
Can we start with a single project before committing to an ongoing relationship?
Yes. Most relationships start with one project and grow from there — there's no minimum commitment to get started.
Do you QA surveys you didn't program?
Yes — Survey QA is available as a standalone service independent of who programmed the survey.
What if our project needs a platform or integration not listed on your site?
